When will my product be dispatched?
We try to send all products within five working days of an order being placed. Products are sent using postal tracking methods so you can follow the progress of your order.

When will my product arrive?
When we have the items of your order in stock they are dispatched quickly. You will receive an email when your order is dispatched and get a tracking number against the order placed.

For India: – Product will be delivered within 10 working days.
For Outside India: – Product will be delivered within 20 working days.

What if my product gets lost?
Products sometimes do go astray in the country’s postal systems. We wish it weren’t so. If we could deliver each product by hand, we would. Usually, your products get through, but if after 2 weeks since ordering you haven’t received your product, please raise a ticket in our support system and our team will do all they can to find your product and get it on to your door.

Can I track my order?
You can track the order dispatch details by logging on the website against your order details.

Do I need to set up an account to place an order?
It is not mandatory however if you create your account or register with SWER it has many benefits

How do I make a purchase?
We tried to make shopping as simple as possible. If you know what you are looking for, you can select this category in our online store or directly at the different product categories. Once you have found an item, select your quantity and use the “add to cart” button. Review the items in your shopping cart by selecting the cart icon. You can add products to your favorites list or use the “remove” button to delete items from your cart. Click “proceed to pay” to complete your order.

I’ve forgotten my password. What should I do?
If you have forgotten your password, change it here or follow the ‘Forgot Password?’ instructions on the Login page. For security reasons we are unable to send your password via email. We will send a password reset mail to your registered email-ID. You need to click on the link and then change the password.

What are the payment methods you accept?
We accept all Credit Cards, Debit Cards and payments through Net-banking.

Can I pay the membership or registration charges in installments?
SWER accepts one time charges only for all kind of membership, registration or shopping at the website.

Is there any money-back guarantee?
Yes, the money-back guarantee is only for DREAMER CHI (product price only, not shipping and delivery charges). For all other products and services there is no money-back guarantee from SWER.
